The price was reasonable. I could understand the outdated interior. I can not however forgive the front desk man for forgetting our wake up call thus causing us to miss our flight out. We spent a total of 8 nights here.There were no problems at check in.The staff is pleasant but I wouldn't say especially friendly.We requested the new king rooms in the renovated section.Comfortable beds but had the cheap soap and towels(I know--it's not the Hilton).Forget about sleeping with the AC off and screen door open.Too much airport noise.Speaking of noise apparently... more
My room 152 got broken into and someone STOLE all my stuff including my laptop, suitcase and everything. As of now, the hotel as basically said it is not their liability and their insurance company is not professional at all. The manager has no idea about anything other than what she is trained to do. They are really unprofessional. more
