A last-minute trip to Seattle for a Mariner's game brought our family to Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown. In this situation, the 'family' was my brother and me, plus my son and nephew (young teens). So the double-queen room was a perfect fit for all four of us, with the couch/sectional providing a suite-like feel with extra sleeping space in the spacious... More

The hotel is very new. You will see that when you take a look at the TV and connections. The room is big and clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is nothing special, but a fine start of the day. Parking is easy in the basement. A Walgreens across the street. A short walk to the Space needle.... More

Partner and I stayed here after our cruise to Vancouver. Great location: 1 1/2 blocks from the Quick Shuttle from Vancouver and and easy walk to the Space Needle, Pike Market, and downtown. Free shuttle within 1 mile helped get us to the shuttle to Sea-Tac. Friendly service and breakfast included. More

This is a great hotel with a great location. The room was clean, the pool was great for the kids. The bed and pillows were 5 stars. It has a Walgreens across the street. It's about 5 minutes to walk to the space needle and surrounding attractions. The breakfast was really good. The parking was $20.00. We used the shuttle... More

Our stop over city for 3 nights before flying out to Kona on the Big Island. Clean room, large flat screen tv (which got very little use) and comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel is within close proximity to many of the attractions and you could either walk or take their free shuttle. The shuttle driver was very helpful... More

Hotel exceeded our every expectation. New, inviting property, scrupulously clean and spacious; every amenity thoughfully planned. Location is on northern cusp of downtown, about 5-6 blocks from periphery of Seattle's "ride-free" public transit zone (3rd & Bell). Front desk staff is young, outgoing, obliging. Ours was a king-size room, with firm mattress, luxurious appointments and spacious shower. No street noise... More

We chose this hotel after reading the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, and due to the proximity to Key Arena where we were attending a concert. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The gentleman behind the front desk greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. They offer Starbucks in the lobby, as well as a selection... More

This was our first trip to Seattle, and we were not sure where to stay. But booked the Hyatt Place Seattle off of other reviews, and boy are we glad we did. The hotel was perfect for our little family; two adults and a teenager. The rooms were very nice size, we had a two queen room. In addition to... More

Everything about this hotel is exemplary! We had been staying in the Holiday Inn Express on Aurora previous to staying at this Hyatt, and what a difference!!! It costs a little more, but it"s worth it!!! More

This is a very nice hotel. Expansive lobby and breakfast area. Our room was a king, it has a huge sofa along with a large foot-stool. Didn't measure the TV size but it's one of the latest LCD's, at least 46", maybe more! The TV has an input center with HDMI inputs etc, very cool. Fridge and coffee maker, the... More
