It's a great hotel if you are seeing a show at the Paramount, which is directly across the street. The hotel is great and the staff is wonderful. They are helpful with everything. I've stayed there on more than one occasion and love it each and everytime. more

My family and I have never had a bad experience at a Hyatt property. What a dissapointment this Hotel was. Location was fine and intitial impression is good but the staff was incompetent on top of having a strange facility to work in. The highlight of this hotel from my point of view are the 37" LCD TV's that bring HDTV to your hotel room. The rooms look new and quite clean. The location of the hotel is close to the Convention Center and downtown Seattle. The restaurant inside the hotel is extremely overpriced, but you can find everything you need close by.... more
Glad that you enjoyed the HD TV’s. We have 37” flat screens in all rooms. Guests can even dock their laptops or iPods to view as full or half screens. Sorry that you felt the restaurant was too pricey, but you are correct that there are all kinds of options close by covering quite a spectrum of food and price....
