The hotel was a huge disappointment for 4 days. The cost of the wifi and parking and the hotel was not worth it! No free breakfast and enticing you with a expensive food basket and a refrigerator that was full of expensive alcohol. The walls are thin, very loud at night. I will not stay here again.

This hotel is just too big and busy to have much of a personality. Rooms have the kind of bland decor such that if you woke up in the middle of night, you wouldn't remember what city you're visiting. Everything about the Hotel was great, Location, Staff, Transportation, Room, Food in the Club Level you name it. We took the L Rail (which is a block away) to the Airport for $2.75pp and it was an easy trip. This really saved money on a Taxi. Will definatly stay there again.

The downtown location is perfect for meetings and downtown sightseeing and shopping. Easy cab or Uber rides to other parts of the city. I attended a meeting at the convention center, which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is really nice, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are specious, and the beds are comfortable.
