This is an interesting hotel that has probably been top class in it’s time but now somewhat dated. If however you like art-deco style and a rather dark almost gothic interior then this is worth a try. The hotel is ideally located for the centre of town (behind the town hall) and although it has no car parking, its easy... More

The hotel is perfect for a one night stop over, although our room was located in the 4th floor, with elevator, an with a plastic shower plate, too small to be 2 people in the bathroom at the same time. More

My boyfriend and I stayed here and weren't expecting much but were shown to a very big clean room. The bed was comprised of two single ones pushed together but you couldn't really tell because there was a sheet and duvet over both and it was very comfortable. We had a lovely view over Morlaix but as it rained for... More

This hotel is very difficult to judge. Others have remarked on the imposing staircase and there are other bits of grandeur from and earlier age such as radiators with raised foliage patterns and plaster mouldings in the ceiling in our room, and a “bar” in the breakfast room. This sits oddly with the very modern tables and chairs in the... More

We were given a back room t on the second floor that was so awful its defies descption , when we asked for another, madame said we must wait .Later when we returned after milling around the food market we were given a corner room with a very comfy bed large and bathroom . The views were delightful , and... More

Right in the centre, get a room overlooking the viaduct. Reminded me of dozens of other classic middling French provincial small town hotels which seem to stay the same down the decades. It is yards from the morning market and three or four good restaurants and has an interesting but not exceptional one of its own. My kids like it.... More

A large hotel in the center of town. I scored a very nice corner room with a view of the viaduct. The bathroom had an actual bathtub and the bed was fabulous. The decor was lovely. The halls were dark and unlit, and I mean pitch black. If there were motion sensors, they didn't work. It was like this the... More

Arriving in the town late, my wife and I walked straight into the hotel, which is located in the centre of town. After some discussion we were offered a rate of €70 for a smallish room in the main hotel part (we turned down a poor one at the back of the hotel). I agree with another reviewer that the... More

We made a tour of Brittany and stayed at this hotel for one night in a triple room. The location is perfect - from the balcony you can see the bridge overwhelming the city and it is a stone's throw from the city center. The purpose of this hotel is definitely to bring you to the good old times a... More

We stayed just for one night at this hotel in April. The weather was dreadful but we were delighted to have picked the Hotel de l'Europe as soon as we walked through the door. The lobby is furnished with beautifully covered chairs. We paid 100 Euros for a superior double (ordinary doubles are available for about £50) and the hotel... More
