“Not English Friendly- Normal EU travel adaptor doesn't work”

We stayed in this hotel for one night in January 2012 en-route to Venice.The hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from St Louis station but they do not accomodate for the English speaking guests (from experience the majority of people can speak/understand English) there must have been over 80 tv channels but not a single... More
