On our stay in Alaska we happened upon the River Valley Cabins in Seward. What a gem. We were in Cabin #8, which was new, beautiful and just like a home. The refrigerator had condiments, beer, butter, even jellies and jams. (these were left by others but were perfectly good). They had cereal, coffee, tea, spices, full kitchen for use.... More

This is a charming setting in the woods with individual cabins that have queen beds; small eating area; nice bathrooms: all with delightful decorating touches. If you're looking for a B&B type experience, then this isn't the place for you. The only thing provided is a coffee maker and tea maker with an assortment of coffee/tees. There is a microwave... More

We stayed here 3 nights in June. The cabins are in the forest on the outskirts of Seward, just off the road to Exit Glacier. They were very rustic and cabin-y, with pine-planked walls. We had cabin #4. There is a double bed with adjoining small table and small fridge. We had a rollaway bed put in, but it didn't... More
