There were only a dozen cars in lot and he told me there were no rooms available downstairs..had to climb up. Light switch at entry must have been at most 40 watt...then next, lamp had burned out bulb. Carpet and coverings on chairs were filthy, bathroom door had been kicked in...cracked through to inside. Hole in ceiling had several wires...
