We were in this hotel for the first (and surely for the last time). There is no service at all! No waiters during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Poor English causing stupid misunderstanding. Just spent 4 days at The Castello Falkener, rooms were lovely & location for the lifts excellent. Apres ski in Solden is great fun. Great breakfast served from 07.00 so you can be first on the lifts, and spa for relaxing is top quality.
