Although I am not english mother tongue, I am writing in english just to give more visibility to this review. I have stayed few days in St. Anton and this hotel is a reason not to come back!! Mr. Falkner, the owner was just greedy, rude and not concerning for guests. The same and probably worst her wife. It is... More

We spent 3 days for a skiing holiday. The hotel is clearly overrated. It is noisy, since it is located directly on the main road. The rooms are small and badly furnished. There is no wi fi connection. The food is miserable and the breakfast is hardly sufficient The owners are the most unfriendly and rude people we have ever... More

For a 4 star hotel, no welcome from owner on arrival, or porter. Hotel REFUSE to serve tap water at dinner and charge for "water" made by Coca Cola. They refused to allow us to change to a b & b arrangement. This was our main complaint. Bar is dingy with no fire lit and kids in sauna make it... More

This is an expensive hotel. Food is average to good. It is efficiently run, but so unfriendly. By far the least welcoming of Austrian Hotels in my experience. I don't think the management understand customer relations. We could obtain no flexibility on our half board arrangements even though the rest of our family were in the hotel next door. We... More

Look - we ended up in the hotel because it was the only one that had any availability. The whole thing started as a disaster when the hotel was unwilling to leave us a key for a late arrival. We tried to make it in time but at 11pm the hotel was already closed, door locked and we had to... More

We write all our guest in the confirmation, that the front desk is open until 11pm. If they arrive later they should inform us. We tried calling you a couple times but you didn´t answer your phone. The front desk closed at 11pm but Mrs. Falkner the owner waited until 2am in the morning. You told us the next morning... More

The way you are served when you arrive is not very welcoming you need to give your car key even if your car is in nobody’s way so you cannot get to your car when the reception is closed. If you need a 2e key for your room you need to pay a deposit of € 50, -- I have... More

Pros: quiet place, good restaurant, free wifi internet, good service Cons:a little too expensive for what it offers, 7-10' walk from the center of the town and ski lifts, rooms a little old fashioned, no swimming pool More

We had a great week walking in San Anton in July and stayed at the Tyrol, I found it clean and it had very friendly staff. Good food and a central location BUT, we had a top floor room under the eves and facing the river, which is fast flowing and noisy, in the still of the night until you... More

We found a last-minute package holiday bargain to this hotel, so we weren't really sure what to expect hotel-wise. Having been to St Anton in summer nine years ago, we thought it might be a little quiet - the complete opposite to the Winter high season - and it was, but just perfect for a relaxing break in a great... On first inspection, a very pleasant hotel. Clean and tidy with mostly pleasant staff. But in truth not a 4* Hotel, especially for a ski resort. The location isn't great, 10+ minute walk to the slopes, though they do give you a voucher at Intersport to leave you skies and boots overnight. This location does mean that it is quiet... More
