Just returned from 2 weeks in the Alte Post St Anton. Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food. Would recommend it to anyone. Not a lot of night life but after a day in the fresh air and a nightly feast in the restaurant it did not matter. Would not suit anyone who is looking for a lively evening!... more

Alte Post is conveniently located in the centre of St Anton. There is quite a lot of noise if you stay on the road side of the hotel which is in fact the main resort promenade. We have just returned from 10 days in the Alte Poste we had a wonderful time ,the hotel was excellent , very clean we didn't find it noisy at all. My wife and I went skiing in St Anton in February and stayed at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Make sure you don't stay in one of the rooms that face the main road, as the nightlife goes on all night... more
