We were looking for the perfect family hotel and we found it. Staff were friendly,food was excellent. Childcare was fantastic. It is the first time I have back really relaxed after a holiday with children.

The staff on reception were so grumpy unhelpful and at times rude it was a good job we have a sense of humour! They became a standing joke between the guests!
