“Superb Hotel could not fault it freindly family atmosphere”

Pros - size and general standard of the rooms - dinner was ok Cons - The breakfast buffet was "served" 7-9.30, but the food was repeatedly finished already at eight o'clock and the staff wouldn't bother to replenish even though they clearly saw the situation. First impressions were very good - we stayed in an apartment in the Schmittenhof annex, some 200m further up the hill. “Family owned inn close to the centre of Zell am See”

This hotel is close to the old centre of town. The inn is less than a 5 minute drive to places of interest, restaurants,shops and the train station. It would be around a 15-20 minute walk. We originally had a reservation in their apartment hotel, the Schmittenhof, but they canceled this when they had no other bookings and booked us... More
