Under normal circumstances I would probably give this hotel 4/5 instead of 5, simply because the wifi in my room wasn't great (although it was fine in reception/bar area) and you have to re-log in from scratch every so often. All rooms now have amazing views of the lake, which was a real highlight for us - our room on the ground floor opened right on to the lake shore.
