Like many others I read the reviews after I'd booked it so was a little worried but turned out to be one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Stayed for a weeks skiing with toddlers and teenagers. The hotel's location, right on the side of a short blue run, could not be faulted for accessing the slopes, ski hire, and ski-school and kindergarten. 3 gondolas were a stones-throw away and accessable on skis by the most inexperienced skier. Really enjoyed our stay here - booked a week, could have happily stayed longer. All inclusive was an advantage and we found the food very good, clean rooms and helpful staff. The worse reception team I had ever met, especially Martina, the cruel and impolite. Be careful with ski pass return refund. She well try to keep it for her own.
