If you are after a good family run hotel on the ski slopes you must consider this hotel. Our family of five loved every part from the food to walk to lifts. Very good pool and sauna post sking. One night try the outstanding ribs in the bar downstairs.

We had a really nice time during our stay at the Alpendorf Hotel in St. johann im Pongau. Rooms are in very good condition (natural wood furniture, which is typical for this region) and have confortable beds. Bathrooms a bit small but functional and a more modern tv set wouldn't hurt... The hotel is excellent, the staff professionals and very friendly. The room was clean and we have no bad experience. The restaurant was also very good, but it was a lot of food. We dont use the fitness center or the spa.

To arrive in Hotel Alpendorf is like coming home after 1 year of absence. We stayed here with friends and kids for 1 week and loved it. Booking at this hotel was easy and efficient, the hotel itself is in a very good location, handy for ski lifts and generaly a good resort. Very clean, friendly staff, good food and good ameneties all helped make our stay an enjoyable one.

We have been regular visitors to this hotel for a number of years. Together with other family members we often stay for 2 weeks in the skiing season. The friendliness of the staff, ease of booking and locality in respect of the ski lifts all help to make this a great location. We will be back again (and again)

Another fantastic weekend in Austria, in no small way thanks to the Alpendorf When stranded by BA's ineptitude, the Alpendorf came to the rescue without any fuss; nad charged us very fairly indeed. The hotel is run to high standards which make the residents feel comfortable and cared for Roll on next year!
