My mum and dad stayed here for a week in June 2011. They were delighted to be upgraded from the annexe into the main hotel on arrival. Staff. food everything excellent. Couldn`t find any faults at all. The Joker card pass was free and allowed them access to all the lifts, buses etc for free and the hotel waqs all... More

A very nicely furnished hotel, family run and a very central location. Generally the staff were excellent and very freindly especially those in the dining room. If booking be aware of hotels cancellation policy that was not openly explained at the time of booking and refers to an 'International Agreement'? More

We agree with Frank, we had a steak served which was inedible, the waiter refused to do anything about it and when we asked for the manager we were told " he is too busy to come to you, if you want to see him you will have to go to his office"! Just had a meal in the restaurant with some friends. Attempted to discuss the quality of the meat/steak served as main course only to be met with such indifference and arrogance as to be shocked. Absolutely no interest in my opinion. All they were concerned about was that you paid the bill! Give the place a miss is my advice... More
