Just returned from a fortnight at the Neuhaus and despit initial reservations following other reviews posted on this site-I was not disapointed. I would agree with the other comments that if you want guaranteed quality then ensure that you are booked into the main part of the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night while passing through the Alpes. Could not fault the hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficent. I will certainly go back and try it in the ski season. About 5 minute walk to ski lifts. more

The good stuff. Really enjoyed this hotel. Our room was on the third floor with eaves but was spotlessly clean and had a large floor area. Stayed in the hotel for a ski vacation. Room was big, nicely decorated, very clean and convenient. It also had a porch with a nice view. The entire hotel is very nicely decorated as well and feels warm. The hotel has a great spa area with several types of saunas (6, I think), a sweeming pool and a relaxation area.... more
