We stayed for one week with "all inclusive" which was great. We tasted lovely origial austrian food that never would have found ourself. For the kids the hotel have a big svimming pool which they loved. Our stay also included the Zell am See - Kaprun card - which give free aceess to a lot of turist attactions nearby.

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. The ski site was not so far from the hotel. The breakfast had wide-range of choices. They have saunas and swimming pool, but during our stay unfortunately there was only one sauna opened. Most of the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, but what spoiled our stay was the very rude attitude at... More

Hotel out of village about 20 minute walk. Hotel clean and pleasant , but more of a three star than four star. You have to pay extra for bathrobes 10 euro per person and a safe 50 euro. Take your own tolietries , one bar of soap per person on arrival , bottle of bubble bath attached to wall not... More

The hotel really tries to give you the best comfort possible. It has parking places, a specially designed ski deposit room with boots drying system, a... More

We stayed here for three nights to ski and had a great time. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Booked a ski package including half-board and ski passes. When we checked in we were given a choice of rooms and offered help with our luggage. Comfortable clean rooms with plenty of space for our ski clothes, plus a boot... More

We stayed there for a week on a ski holiday. Pro-s: excellent breakfast and dinner, very variate, fresh and tasty food. Extremely clean. Friendly staff, good location (steps away from ski-bus), although not quite central. Nice wellness area, especially the saunas. Plenty of parking space. Spacious ski room. Con-s: design not really up to 4 stars (but maybe just my... More

That hotel is very comfortably situated - mostly for skiers or snowboarders (who I am) beaucause of skibus stop just next to. Groovy communication with all skislopes around: 1 min. to Maiskogel, at one side, 10 min. also to Maiskogel to other side, or 10 min. to Kitzsteinhorn, 20 min. to Schmittenhohe - great variety of slopes and skilifts. Snowboard... More
