We visited the Tauern Spa while we stayed in the town hotels which offered free entry to the spa area of this resort. The resort with the adjacent hotel is about 5 minutes drive right next to Kaprun so it is ideal for families our couples looking for some relaxation after skiing or simply spending a day by the pools.... We have used both the hotel and spa on a number of occasions - infact we spend Christmas Day 2011 at the Spa. Its always quiet, the rest beds up on the first floor are greg for getting the baby to sleep and the food is fair value and great quality. Coffee and Cakes for 5 Euros in the afternoons... More

It was OK but nothing special... the sauna is reasonable, the swimming pool is very noisy but we enjoyed anyway. I have been to much better places than the Tauern Spa.
