Arrived very late at night with a large group. The hotel management were not a bit put out and were waiting for us on arrival. Everyone plus luggage installed in rooms in no time. While the staff was friendly and had a 3-star rating, there was NO air conditioning, fans, nor could you even open the window enough to get a breeze.
