All good except bathroom needs updating. Room was big and comfortable. Wireless, A/C included. Great location next to park and across from universties, on street car. Excellent breakfast. It is an old building so has character (i.e. not spotless and luxurious if you know what I mean) but very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. more

My college freshman daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. She was able to dash across St. Charles for school activities and I got to sit on the beautiful historic porch and read the paper! Our host was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the waffles and the chocolate chip cookies. Highly recommended! more

Thoroughly enjoyed great location on street car line and Audubon Park. Innkeeper was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great - awesome Chickory coffee! Complimentary wine and snacks in the evening. I liked sitting on the verandah and watching the world go by. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park View Guest House. The facility was clean, charming and full of historical character. All staff was very friendly and hospitable.
