Le Pavillion has SO many lovely touches. The decor and furnishings are rich-looking, though some are a bit worn. The staff was very nice, from the doorman who greets you as you pull in front of the hotel, to the cleaning staff. The hotel and staff could not have been better. The decor was absolutely beautiful. I think that the location was perfect; far enough away not to be bothered by French Quarter late night action, but close enough to walk or hop on the streetcar (there is a stop very close to the hotel). more
