Take a city tour. It is well worth it. The hotel is beautiful. The casino is one of the friendliest we have ever been in. We usually go to Vegas and tried this once. Going back in November! more

During my visit to New Orleans parked at Harrahs to take advantage of the play 30minutes for free parking. Upon entering asked several employees the proper procedure for parking validation. Please don't waste your time here! All the ticket redemption machines were broke and the lines for the cashiers were EXTREMELY long, and they had "someone" directing traffic to the windows which was total chaos!!!
