I really enjoyed my stay at the O'Malley House Bed & Breakfast. The hosts were gracious, friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was at home. The house in itself is a pleasure to be in, and the array of visitors exciting and inspirational! More

I picked the the 1896 O'Malley House because of a tripadvisor review, and we were not disappointed. Larry has a beautiful and welcoming home. Jason made great breakfast for us while we were there. Althought the house is out of the Bourbon Street area, its location is perfect; close to the public transportation (trolley, buses and taxis) with access to... More

We've stayed at O'Malley House several times now over the past three years, and it's truly become our home away from home. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the decor historic yet eclectic, and the location just perfect for us -- away from the craziness of Bourbon Street, yet a convenient streetcar ride to the French Quarter (with a... My husband and I stayed at 1896 O'Malley House January 7-9, 2012 to attend the BCS football game. It was a wise choice. (We had previously stayed in the French Quarter for the Super Bowl two years ago but it was a huge mistake. We did not get to sleep until 5am because of the noise and yelling of the... More

The house is beautiful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Made to feel at home especially by the 2 lovely dogs who became our friends. Location wise. Right next to the street cars that take you straight into the french quater. Breakfast was great and served in the lovely dinning room. Overall perfect homely place to stay in new... More

I can't say enough about the 1896 O'Malley House. Larry, the owner, and Jason, manager, are great hosts and the O'Malley House has been beautifully restored. You absolutely will not believe the breakfasts that are served. Larry makes an effort to get to know each of his guests and we feel like we're staying at a family member's house. We... More

We stayed four nights at the 1896 O'Malley House and cannot say enough good things about this stunning house and its gracious hosts. Jason and Larry go to great lengths to ensure their guests are happy, completely indulging us with scrumptious breakfasts, attentive care and lively conversation. The house itself is museum quality, with graceful design details that add a... More

This was my second visit to the OMalley House B and B and once again we had the most wonderful time. The house itself is a treasure, soaring ceilings, gorgeous woodwork and furnishings and very comfortable beds. Jason La Biche, the manager, is amazing!! He is gracious, a talented cook (the breakfasts are delicious) and a superb hands-on overseer for... More

This was our first visit to a B&B, and we were not sure we would enjoy the experience. After staying @ the O'Malley House, I'm not sure we'll ever stay in a hotel again (though they may have set the bar high for other properties). Jason & Jeff (the manager & his partner) were wonderful. Hospitable, entertaining, and helpful. It... More

We stayed three nights at this B&B. It was very nice. Beautiful rooms with nice objects in them and a very special service by Larry and the other employees. Excellent breakfast, great location (the tram is only 100 yards away and a very good and fun way to visit the city center) many restaurants nearby also in walking distance. Free... More
