Up to the usual W standards, though nothing special. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room service was decent and cost less than in most other Ws. Good rooms though a little aged, and unusually, without a proper blackout curtain. Nice little pool and a well equipped gym open 24 hours.

Had a great experience traveling alone on business. Felt safe, was clean, service was fast and excellent. Close to convention center. Loved the Bliss products! I didn't spend much time in my room, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great hotel, clean and the service was fantastic, we had a problem with over booking at the sister w hotel, they transferred us to this one and we were treated fantastic, they also comp'd the whole stay including dinner and breakfast.

We arrived at the W with some problems with our booking. We were greeted by a very hostile young brown-haired man on May 7 in the afternoon.
