I expected this place to be quaint, but once we walked into our room (more like closet) all I saw was crap. Nice flat screen on the wall, but nowhere to put our clothes, luggage, etc. No writing desk. There was no cold water from the tap, so I purchased a case of bottled water. We enjoyed our stay here. It certainly is not the Ritz, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, linens clean. Parking on premises is $17/day, but that is less than most public parking lots and even with the additional $17 this was still the best value hotel wise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel. Parking is "through" and to the back of the hotel. That through us for a loop, but I would definitely go back. It is an older, historic facility, but everything was kept up well.
