The rooms are decent but could use some updating, mostly in the bathroom. Service is not great except for the bellhops. However, the location is great especially if you want to use the trolley to go to more than just the French Quarter. It's also a lot quieter than most French Quarter hotels. More

I agree with the other reviewers (tiny bathroom, shabby interior) but would like to add that the Wi-Fi connection all over the hotel (public spaces as well as rooms) was extremely spotty and laggy, making work difficult, and there was no in-room safe for laptops and other devices. More
