I stayed at the Sun and Moon in March, 2003 after Mardi Gras. Very clean and nice. I stayed in the room facing Rampart St. across from WWL TV station. Hostess was very nice and offered tips on safety. She let me check in early (1 PM) since the room was ready. Nice King bed. Street noise was not a... More
