My two friends and I spent a "girls' weekend" in Madison and stayed here. Very clean and comfortable - I think we had the handicapped room - it was very spacious The breakfast was cooked to order eggs, french toast, pancakes or waffles plus the regular breakfast stuff. Nice to have in-room WiFi. We were right off the beltline, so... More

We were so surprised at how nice our basic-price room was that we checked to make sure we had reserved correctly. We had. It was lovely. We had a comfortable living room with a TV, a nice little kitchen area with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, and a very comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and TV. We had a... More

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of a UW football game and after reading some of the other reviews were expecting a tired and bare basics hotel. This hotel was wonderful! The check-in staff was very friendly. Our room was on the second floor and although there was no elevator, these two senior citizens had no problems with... More

My experience at this hotel was not positive. My husband and I arrived and checked into the hotel to find our room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. So we had to drag many bags up the stairs which never puts your stay off to a relaxing start. Once we checked into our room we found that someone was... More

The place is quite beaten up. Upon check-in, found out that the room had been smoked through many times over (despite the prominent "No Smoking sign"). Ok, decided to check another one. Same story. And another one - likewise. Rooms SMELLED. Allright, maybe not necessarily of cigarette smoke, like the first one, but they all had this lingering musty-dusty odor... More

This is a no frills hotel, but it was everything stated in the title. We had a 2-queen bed on the first floor, non-smoking, freeway facing room. There was NO freeway noise, so I was very relieved. Our room had the basics of the beds, a desk, TV, wet-bar sink, cube fridge, microwave, dresser, nightstand, and bathroom with shower/tub, sink,... More

We truly enjoyed our visit to Madison, WI. A large part of that was because of our wonderful stay at the Best Western West Towne Suites. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the jacuzzi in our room. We would definitely consider using this hotel again if we return to Madison. More
