I would stay here again. Great bargain, basic continental breakkfast, internet a little slow at times, manager was very willing to help with any requests, issues. He gave us a great rec for dinner: Shilo's! Must-go place for dinner!

Only good thing about this Rodeway Inn was the price, but I would have paid more for more comfort!! If you have a large dog, DO NOT stay here!! They say there are "pet friendly", but if you have a large dog you get stuck in an old room with an old fuzzy TV, very poor internet connection, bathroom facilities... More

Do not stay here!!! It is infested with bed bugs!!!! The hotel management is terrible and rude and the rooms are all infested with bed bugs but yet they will not disclose this information and will still rent out the dirty rooms out!!

Were it not for the fact that we had paid in advance for 3 nights (Sept 13/14/15), we would have left immediately after seeing the appalling condition of the room and bathroom (see attached pictures). The hotel does not have wireless. The town has Macdonald with an excellent connection. Otherwise you could stay at the Orange Spruce Hotel next door. They got WiFi, but with a password. We were hesitant to stay here after reading some of the reviews but rooms were scarce in Cortez that night and after talking to the owner and seeing the room we decided to go for it. The rate was reasonable (approx $60 first night with AAA - $55 second night) and the owner and staff were VERY helpful and accomodating.... More

Clean property at reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay. The staff and management were very friendly and hospitable. The pool is closed but the price is right!
