I stayed with my spouse over the St. Patrick's Day celebration for three days and found this hotel commendable. Here's my summary below;
Pros
*Suite/linen/bathroom were clean
*Breakfast was average with choice of waffles, cereals, pastries, biscuits/gravy and coffee/juices

I have stayed at this location before I remember as a Holiday Inn Express. Been a while since I have stayed, all I can say is WOW, what a remarkable change. The rooms and entire hotel have changed looks like La Quinta Inn & Suites Hot Springs just opened I would stay here again!! Best Part Pets Stay Free.
