Chose this hotel because it was close to the night market and train station. The hotel was walkable to the train station but because we had quite a lot of luggage plus it was raining when we arrived at the train station, we took a cab to the hotel. We were recommended this hotel by a Taiwanese in one of the 'minus' we stayed at. Luodong boasts of a huge night market, so we wanted a hotel that is near enough to walk there, yet not in the heart of the noise and crowd.
