“Great stay and service”

Excellent one night stay experience. Richard made us feel like family and went out of his way to make our stay nice. Breakfast was great. Entire hotel staff was very cordial, courteous, and friendly. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

“Good hotel”

Stayed here the second nite of our trip westward. Was clean, bed comfy, not as large as the nite before H IE but would stay again. Breakfast was standard for H IE. Location is right off the interstate which was easy to find

The holiday inn in Independence has a very hospitable atmosphere. The management, house keeping, and maintenance staff conducted themselves in a very professional mannor. I would not stay anywhere else in Missouri.

Great location with great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was your usual for a holiday inn express, however the Breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a quick overnight on our way south.
