The customer service at this hotel is the best. I have been traveling for the company for seven years and prefer this hotel when in Kansas City. Some of familes from our soccer team stayed at your hotel Oct 27 - 29. The hotel was AWESOME. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The team stayed at the hotel while attending a hockey showcase for the weekend. The hotel staff went above and beyond their duties to help me, as the team manager, take care of the team. I appreciated all the help!!!! More

I got hoodwinked with the good reviews of this place. The only positive was the good cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Otherwise, here are the negatives: 1. the bed: must have been 30 years old. I am terribly sorry you were so disappointed with your stay here. We do have a program to replace mattresses every five years, and the sheets are specified by Holiday Inns, but there is no excuse for the stains and cobwebs, please accept my sincere apologies.
