This hotel is awesome its in a great position we had an ocean view room it overlooked the whole of kuta beach great sunsets. The roof top pool is the place for sunset cocktails. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help at all times. the breakfast bar is also really good and great food.

The hotel is very good with all great facilities. My room was nice with good amenities around. The services also excellent. I could not enjoy breakfast during my period stay, cause I was always wake up late. Hopefully I will have it next visit. I like to keep stay there as I enjoyed previous.

The staff were so friendly and looked after our every need, including sourcing equipment for our 2 year old daughter who they absolutely adored and arranging medical treatment for a family member who sustained a minor injury during a day trip. Our family of five stayed here for three nights. We were at first disappointed as the two rooms we had booked couldn't be adjoining, but the reception staff promptly upgraded us to a fabulous two bedroom family suite. It was huge! We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was great. FANTASTIC buffet breakfast - everything you could think of is available. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and big. It seems to be very popular with large groups of Asian tourists.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Pullman and we love it. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff, great food and fantastic pool areas. We don't understand how it isn't rated higher! Some of the other hotels rated higher are not as nice! Loved using the spa.Hope to come back again.
