We stayed in Amed for 3 days in Nov11- wasn't many tourists around. The weather was hot and sunny but as you're at the seaside there were some breezes that helped. Still the room we stayed in at Aquaterrace got very hot inside as the fan isn't particularly strong- it's also quite tricky to operate. The bathroom has an open... More

we stayed here for 3 nights in December. Its a small BB with one main room with an amazing terrace with panoramic views of the ocean. There is another smaller more basic room below. We loved it - there is a couch on the terrace where you can sit facing the ocean while supping on a cold one from the... More

The room is absolutely stunning, a fantastic view and wonderfully presented. For the room itself we'd probably give the place four or even five out of five. The only downside was the welcome - we had said we would arrive at around 4pm, and yet arrived at 7pm as we had trouble getting a taxi. We didn't think this arrival... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in at the Aquaterrace in Amed. The view was amazing and the restaurant was fantastic. They only have 2 rooms so make your reservation early, if you don't get a room make sure you stop by the restaurant. More

A spur of the moment decision to take a few days away led to last minute search for accommodation in Amed, Bali. Aquaterrace is owned and operated by a Japanese lady and her Balinese husband and is located further south along the coast from Amed. Its has only 2 rooms, a apartment with 180 ocean views and a cosy room... More

Very nice little B&B, make sure you have the big room with terrace the views are really breathtaking. The attached small restaurant serves lovely food, during our 2 night stay we had all our meals here and they were all very tasteful. Special mention to the tuna carpaccio made from tuna catched by the local fishermen. You will not get... More

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews, but the Aquaterrace was so fantastic that I feel I must. The owners and staff couldn't be more friendly, helpful or generally nicer! Nothing is too much trouble: the owner drove us to a nearby Japanese shipwreck (great snorkelling) and waited whilst we lost track of time and spent ages enjoying the... More

The upper suite is very nice, has one of the greatest views ever, watching the ocean, seeing the sunrise and so on. The owner is a very friendly and polite young lady with very good cooking skills. Be sure to book in advance, to be sure getting the best room. More

I must say Aquaterrace is a gem. It's perfect accommodation for you who seek quiet place, stunning view, warm staff, and excellent price. I stayed two nights in this B&B on 2-4 June 2011. It fits exactly my expectation for an accommodation which offers spacious and spotless room, with peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Although, it's not in the seaside, the... More
