Very good location as the name says "Sea View".Walk able distance from the hotel to the temple and Vivekananda rock.It has a pure vegetarian restaurant with a decent menu and the food is quiet good.Humble staff and very good service.

One of the best hotel in kanyakumari. Very good reception staff. Very friendly attitude. Always take sea view room. some room having extra king size bed good for three person. No need to go view sun rise since you can see it from room itself. Food is ok. I love to visit again with friends and family. Dr jain

The best part of the hotel is the location. It is very close to the Rock memorial and other places..not very quiet but the view of the sea makes up for all..service is decent and food is average...however, the staff was really helpful and nice...

We had booked another hotel,to find it did not have the amenities we needed. We were welcomed and shown a large room on the first floor. All of our requests were promptly filled. Liked the meals in the 7th floor restaurant....great views of water and memorials.

Brilliant location, stunning view - when shown to your room they have the curtains drawn & then 'unveil' the view to you, stunning. The room is very large, well equiped. Rooms: Spacious, Clean and neatly maintained. Beddings and Sofa were clean. TV was a large LCD one. If you book a sea facing rooms at a higher price, sitting in the bed you can watch the sunrise, the Vivekananda rock and the Church. I stayed with my family for one night. Good hotel and good location. But room service is very bad. Repeated calls to room service did not materialise. If they improve the service it would be a good place. A/C was not functioning most of the time.
