Being a member of Bajaj Highland Homes is a curse and above it staying in Lonavala is worse. You will never get any prompt response from either the manager of the hotel nor from the staff. It will be wiser not to eat in the hotel, coz of limited menu, and tasteless food.

We have visited this place in last week of July,2009, resort has nothing special. Food quality is very Okey. Room service is Okey but rooms are not maintained properly. Room Locks are not working properly, all though their is nothing dangerous but on service part it is a bed experience for the visitors.
