Sterling Lonawala Resort is a decent property... they have just recently updated the resort with some work... the rooms are neat and nice for an overnight stay... The staff is very polite and service is also fast.... the food is decent... They do have some games in the evening for guests which are fun...

We friends went to lonavala sterling resorts on 31 oct 2010, we enjoyed with good service but food was not so good. Even pools were not cleaned, so we made them clean. They have huge garen area. which the best palce i found in this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel on Sept weekend. Its was fair experience, food quality was really good. Service was good and friendly. We had couple of issues but they were polite enough. The indoor games arranged were good for play. Also the service for site seeing was also good.
