The room was excellent but the service was very slow. They gave us a temporary room till getting our room ready. They left us till 2:45 pm waiting and whenever call the receiption they were answering by "it will be ready soon". They were careless. Housekeeping response was also slow. More

This is our second stay at the Lake Palace. The restaurant was closed and temporarily moved to the Banquet hall. Considering that December is peak season, and we were not informed about the ongoing renovation work, the room rates were peak season rates. More

I spent a day here, the location is good. Service is ok. Buffet spread is average. Room are decently done up. Mattresses need to be changed immediately. Decent place to stay for a day or 2 on an Island in Kerala!!! More
