Do not mistake the annex for the beach resort. In the annex there was no hot water, that had to be brought in a bucket. Sheets were stained. Casa maria is clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked there in ten minutes from the train station. the end of the garden is virtally on the beach so not a bad location too. Keralan breakfast was lovely ( order it the day before )

Beautiful location, fantastically efficient , helpful and warm manager, always present to make one's stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are light, airy, clean with an open view of the sea..
