Padipura Residency was strongly recommended by my friend and it exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the three days of stay at the hotel, the place being very comfortable and with luxurious rooms. Staff is very hospitable and caring. Housekeeping is good as well.
The food here is fantastic. I especially loved the tandoori items which were my favourite.
Being centrally located, gives you the chance to move around easily. Recommend it any time.

We stayed there for just one night in November 2009 and had a terrible night. This place seemed to be very well known by Indian tourists. Half an hour after we arrived, a whole bus of locals arrived as well. They were so noisy: Children running around in the hallways screaming, adults talking so loud you could easily follow their conversation. And worst of all, not far from the hotel, there seems to be a mosque and at 5 am they start with their prayers through loudspeakers.
The hotel is not properly insulated so you can here everything that goes on in the rooms next and above you.
Definitely not a place to stay if you want a good night's rest!
Breakfast is not included. You can choose between continental and Indian breakfast. Be aware, they can make you omelette but have no idea what scrambled eggs are (although they're on their menu)!
