The rooms wreak of smoke...even the non smoking rooms. Dirty rooms, bedspread was burned with iron and cigarettes, poor a/c cooling system and to top it off the staff did not cate. Don't stay!

I've never stayed at a Knights Inn before, but I had a free room so I tried it. It was plain nasty. When I got there, the "maid" was smoking in the lobby. The bed was horrible, the mattress springs were completely shot and offered zero support. Despite being a "non-smoking" room, the smell of rancid cigarette smoke permeated every... More

In short, avoid this place like the plague. In length, I stayed at the Greensboro Knights Inn for 2 nights and my room was robbed (technically burglarized) while my friend and I were out the 2nd night. We came back around 130am and I noticed some things out of place. On further inspection I knew my bags had been gone... More

Let me preface this by saying that I normally stay in budget consious hotels, so I am not expecting the 4 seasons. I was headed to the High Point Furniture Show and was trying to save money. I tried to book online, but when I tried it said you would have to contact them directly. I called their 800 #... More

This was my first experience at a Knights inn. I was heading to Days Inn next door when I decided to save a few bucks and give them a try. The room was only about $40 and young lady that checked me in was nice and helpful. The room was clean and had a small microwave and fridge. It had... More

Firstly, my Reservation from Hotels.com would not be accepted as they did not receive a fax from Hotels.com. After 4 hours of phone calls etc. I checked in and paid again. It seems this is company policy. I must say at this stage that the receptionist was wonderful and seemed to be embarrassed and upset by the situation. She did... More

To start off check-in was terrible, luckily I booked ahead of time. Dec. 31,2008 was a cold, cold night in Greensboro and the rooms were extremely cold, why you ask? Well the Sliding glass door had large gaps where cold air was coming through. Bathrooms were so-so, carpet was nasty, scared to take my shoes off, if you can afford... More

I had some difficulty finding this listing to place a review, because I thought it's now a Days Inn (formerly Knights Inn). I found the motel through discount motel travel coupons (2 coupons, one in each name), and to be honest, it looks pretty bad from the outside. The lobby didn't look great, either, and the clerk had to call... More

You dirty dirty old hotel...shame on you! To all the people thinking this is a nice budget hotel ..forget it! The rooms needed to be updated from the 1950s. TV's had the large antenna's (maybe it would have worked better if we had aluminum foil)! It was so dirty we slept on top of the cover and no shower! Traffic... More
