Room was clean and comfortable, but did show some wear (loose wallpaper). Front desk staff were very friendly and cheerful. Morning front desk staff was overworked, having to restock the breakfast buffet and cover the front desk too. This caused waiting in both locations. We visit Greensboro frequently and will probably stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, public spaces, generous breakfast buffet and efficient airport shuttle for the price of this hotel. Very quiet for an airport location.

The clerk working when we checked in very late was wonderful. I was their last arrival so he greeted me by name (he was literally waiting for us)...It was a very pleasant end to a long day of travel!
