Yasmin was great at the front desk. Otherwise, could you give a hotel a negative score? The bathroom was filthy....not a little dirty with a stray hair or two...I mean filthy. Need a shower....can't take one in my room. Wifi resets regularly, so you can't do any meaningful work without saving it every 2-3 minutes.

Outside of the building was in great shape...however, once entering the room, we were horrified at how nasty everything was. I am currently listening to a car alarm, dogs barking, music from nearby rooms blaring, and loud conversations. While in my room with windows/doors closed. The bedding is dirty, it smells like smoke, and there are numerous stains on the walls, counters, etc. Do not stay here.

The bedding was awful. The blanket had a rubbery feel. The spread had burns through it. Stains on the carpet. The cabinet the TV was on was gummy to the touch. Beds were hard and overall appearance cheap, dirty and smelly. Never again will I stay there. It deserves a minus in the overall rating.

For the cost of this hotel, it can't really be beat, but the cleaning staff really should step up their game. Not the greatest, but is clean and an excellent value. Ask to be close to a modem as the wifi isn't the best. GREAT location within walking distance of restaurants. Very near I40 as well. Its an extended stay, so not the most admenities. Still, I love having a refrigerator and microwave.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Front Desk were very friendly and were able to resolve any issues that arised in a very friendly and professional matter.
