“Get What you pay for”

Newer hotel. Safe area. Spacious room. Generally Clean and well maintained. Bed was uncomfortable and HVAC was malfunctioning, but Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Good price but definitely a get what you pay for situation.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms just keep getting better with all the improvements being made, and I always feel safe as there is a security guard on duty while the office is closed! Can't wait to stay here while in Greensboro again

Stayed here for 2 months! Rooms are greatly improved over the last time I stayed here, the deluxe rooms are a great size and price! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Housekeeping is weekly but that is fine

It was perfect for our situation. Very reasonable rates for our extended stay in Greensboro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in other Suburban Extended Stay Hotels and love their prices. Makes life so much easier and affordable.
