Absolute worst place we've ever stayed at in Gatlinburg. Substituted our confirmed 2 queen w/ a 2 double that looked out at a stone wall. This is our second year in a row to vacation at this location. We were treated well. In fact I met Mr Reagan(owner). He solicited suggestions to make the room better. We will return next year.

Stay at any other hotel in Gatlingburg, this place is the worst. I was robbed and assaulted by staff member. Total crooks, management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Charged for room I never used.
