This place was the worst I have ever stayed in, in my life. I would not recomend it to anyone. The stove was broken and the washers did not work. The service was terrible when we tried to fix these problems. And the staff at the reception center was very rude. more

A group us just got back from Gatlinburg Falls' Mountain Getaway cabin. The cabin, parking and view was awesome. The 14 of us had plenty of room to spread out on all three levels. It is only a few miles from downtown Gatlinburg. We plan to stay there again. more

We had a repair man come in to fix a dryer, oven, and stove which was completely broken. He fixed one oven and didn't even look at hte other things. And the management really didn't care. And the views from the cabins really aren't good at all. more
