There were bugs crawling up the wall behind the bed, a huge black spider crawling on the fireplace, they told us this was all renovated...yeah right. We canceled the reservation and I have contacted the BBB and my bank to dispute the charge that would not be refunded. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a dog. So Beware!!!!! more

Front desk very helpful, very clean rooms, beautiful scenery, great location. After a long day of sight-seeing the jacuzzi was very relaxing and the t.v. could be turned to watch from the bathroom. Two thumbs up! more

The service was great, rooms was big & for the price great great location in the middle of Gatlinburg ,had a good breakfast, trolley stop every 45 min .i would go back and stay again. looking froward more

it was very close to all downtown gatlinburg attractions, so easy walking to those points. also close to the national park. Desk staff was friendly and nice. Large rooms with having a private balcony and new lovely furniture.Will certainly stay there again on our next visit more

Large rooms with lovely furniture, Manger told us he is upgrading every room with bespoke furniture over the next few weeks. Great having a private balcony and window with fly screen that could be left open. Very friendly, helpful staff.
