Paid for townhouse 102 for the 4th of July week but when we arrived they told us that the air conditioner was out in t/h and wanted to move us to a different location - complete dump! No Refund. Apparently Gatlinburg Village has not changed since 3 yrs ago. The unit we had then was okay - however, not clean. The worst part was the balcony with hot tub.
